Raj Mittu • CEO and co-founder
Since co-founding ESCgov in 2003, Mr. Mittu has established the company as a premier source for structuring financing in support of public sector IT projects. Under his leadership, ESCgov has delivered more than 15 years of solid returns for our partner investors. Prior to ESCgov, Mr. Mittu held various positions at Northrop Grumman. Mr. Mittu graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering.
Guy Speers • President and co-founder
As an industry recognized expert in the development of utility computing solutions for the federal market, his work is helping to satisfy strong government demand for the accountability, transparency, and risk-sharing benefits derived from linking contractor payments to value (utility) received. The impact of this work on the evolving federal market is significant, and potentially revolutionary in terms of the way federal contracts are structured, competed and won. Mr. Speers is a graduate of UCLA (BA 1986) and Cornell University (MBA 1991), and was a Vice President at Northrop Grumman prior to joining ESCgov.
Keith Zagurski • Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Zagurski oversees daily operations at ESCgov. His responsibilities include strategic planning, finance, accounting, human resources, contracting, and procurement. Mr. Zagurski’s broad experience, personal integrity, and commitment have enabled him to lay a corporate foundation necessary to sustain growth. Prior to joining ESCgov in 2004, Mr. Zagurski was the Director of Operations at Northrop Grumman Computing Systems. He also held various positions of increasing responsibility in Business Management and Finance during his 20-year tenure. Mr. Zagurski has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
